We require a pin on our contact form to better enable you to receive our responses.
Some people in the past have had trouble receiving our responses from us by email.
Sometimes their email providers have blocked our emailed responses and it made them mad and frustrated at us because they thought we did not respond.
We now save all correspondence in a database and by having you enter a pin you can easily pull up our responses online.
We will also attempt to email responses to you however, you can always check online to see if we have responded to you.
The pin should be something you will remember when prompted. Just a four digit number.
If you do not provide one, one will automatically be generated.
